This policy explains what Link Builders collects on link-builders.com, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

Who we are

Link Builders is a white-hat link building business run by Justin Davis. The site is hosted on GoDaddy and runs on WordPress. There is no public street address or phone number. Contact is justin@link-builders.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or email that address, we receive your name, email, message, and anything else you include.

Card details for paid work are collected by Stripe. This site does not store your full card number. We may keep a record of what you bought, the amount, and the contact details needed to do the work. Stripe’s script loads across the site, and a GoDaddy commerce script is also present, so those services may receive technical data even on pages where you do not check out.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Those tools can collect your IP address, browser and device, pages you view, rough location, and how you reached the site.

Some pages embed YouTube. On the homepage, the player loads only after you click play. When a video loads, YouTube can set cookies the same way it would on YouTube.

The server can log your IP address, browser, the page you requested, and the time. We do not ask you to create an account, and the public site does not use comments to collect customer information.

Cookies

WordPress and the host may set cookies so pages and forms work. Stripe and the GoDaddy commerce script may set cookies for checkout and fraud prevention. Google’s tools use cookies to measure traffic and ads. YouTube may set cookies when a video loads.

You can block cookies in your browser. If you do, video and checkout may not work. Google’s ad settings are at adssettings.google.com.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to you, take payment, deliver the work, see which pages people use, keep the site secure, and keep ordinary payment records. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it

GoDaddy, for hosting. Google, for measurement and ads. Stripe, for payments. YouTube, when a video loads. We do not give your information to other businesses so they can market their own products to you.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while we need them to reply and do the work, then deleted. Payment records are kept for accounting and tax. Server logs are kept for a limited time by the host. Analytics data follows the retention setting in Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete a message, we will, unless we still need it for a payment record, a legal duty, or a dispute.

Your choices

Email justin@link-builders.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To stop emails from us, reply and say so. Use your browser and Google’s ad settings to limit analytics and ad cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at children. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

Link Builders is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is processed here. You can still email the requests above.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. The new version applies from the day it is posted.
